Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Request Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@manekiapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
All requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

After a refund is processed, it may take 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or original payment method, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos so we can review the issue.
